Chinese now lives a modern life. People use all kinds of aanced things from all over the world, like American i phone, Japanese Sonny MP4 and Japanese Canon camera. Actually we now live in a global village; here we exchange goods with each other, people use the most aanced goods, and at the same time, we have improved each other.
Chinese have liberated their thoughts, renewed their ideas, and widened their horizon. It seems that young people who grew up in villages are the most obvious examples. In the past, young people always took their parents’ business as career, but now, you can seldom see their silhouettes, and instead, they went to big cities to look for their fortune. Meanwhile, agers who live an life go abroad to experience a different life.
Chinese women are changing the rules. As you can see, in our school, most of the scholars are girls. Well, I just want to state that women are working heart and soul; they can do just as well as men do, n better. Investigations show that superwoman group is growing in a rapid speed. Less and less women are willing to devote their whole life as a stay-at-home mom. On the contrary, woman plays a very important role in the society; you can see office women rush about here and there, but also, there are groups of moms drinking coffee in the coffee house in weekends. They are the main trend of the society.
Chinese traditional culture has been neglected to some extent. In campus, it is really abnormal for us students to celebrate Christmas but seldom our ancient Tomb-sweeping Day or Double Ninth Festival. Well, as we all know, the aged are starved of our love, so celebrate it is indeed meaningl to us.
On the contrary, foreign culture is invading. We eat KFC, watch Japanese cartoon, and dress fashionable Korean clothing. We are apt to try new things from all over the world, but at the same time, we neglected our tradition, like rice dumpling, the Peking Opera, also beautil modern Chi-pao. As a matter of fact, foreigners are crazier than we do about our elite.
Chinese economy grows too fast to have the energy to keep an eye on other things. The government asks the executor to finish a Reconstruction Project in a certain period, so to complete it as soon as possible, they n do not take people’s profit into consideration.
Our prospects are still good. I find our chance to be at least as those of any other nation and probably better. We have five-thousand-year long Chinese civilization. It is the most powerl reason. Finally we will reach our goal.
